Compass and Douglas Elliman are leaders in the U.S. real estate market. Their main need: to empower agents with a robust digital tool for individual positioning, enable large-scale transactions, and develop their core company brand, all at once.The ask from our employer was crystal clear: build a digital ecosystem where every agent can not only promote themselves and their listings, but also create educational content, connect with clients, and process leads seamlessly—no breaks in the experience.
Development Features & Tailoring for Business
- We started with a precise framework—visual patterns, UI decisions, and strict Compass/Douglas Elliman corporate standards.
- Everything was built on Webflow: this allowed us to quickly assemble interactive “virtual business cards” for agents, offering everything from video greetings and real client testimonials to a one-click path to “Buy” or “Sell a Home”.
- Each agent profile includes articles, tips, video lessons, podcasts, clearly laid out transaction steps, easy-to-browse sections for buying, selling, renting, and comprehensive educational content.
- Connecting external services: integration with MLS for current listings, Google Review import for every agent.
- It was also critical for agency teams to quickly populate and update their cards, add partners, links, and fresh content—all of this was achieved with custom CMS features.

Fairway: A Lead-Generating Digital Site with a Gamified Experience
A New Take on Mortgages—Immersive User Experience & Personal Touch
Fairway, one of the largest mortgage providers in the U.S., challenged us to design a modern, gamified website that would turn the mortgage journey into an engaging, memorable digital experience. The main goal: transform the online brand and ramp up lead generation through maximum user engagement.

Challenge & Our Solution
Our employer provided a classic brand style and existing team and education resources. We thoroughly analyzed the structure and captured it in a detailed prototype, optimizing every navigation and user interaction scenario. The focus was not only on informativeness, but also atmosphere: we refreshed the color palette, revamped typography, and packed the interface with animations and micro-interactions—from lively home illustrations and custom-drawn environments, to intuitive, recognizable controls.
Interface Highlights
The site is filled with distinctly gamified elements:
- A mortgage calculator with visualizations for property type, veteran perks (like an animated flag for vets), dynamic layouts based on the user's inputs
- Personal landing pages for each agent, capturing every lead from their individual page
- A hybrid quiz that guides users through a custom scenario leading up to the form
- Fun features like a reward animation system and design elements meant to be “explored”—background Sims-style music, playful touches like a cat on the roof, and a kids' zone with clickable items
- Integrations: Google Reviews, FAQ, automatic local service picks and partners via Yelp based on geolocation
The educational section packs content in all formats—video, articles, podcasts, guides—all pulled automatically from a centralized knowledge base.
Technology
The project was built on Webflow with custom JS/HTML/CSS/PHP integrations and third-party APIs (Google, Yelp, reviews). Design: Figma & After Effects. Management runs via a dedicated platform and WoWMI Ecosystem sync for easier mass deployment across the employer’s offices.
Result
Fairway received not just a promo site, but a modern, lead-converting digital tool: high engagement, frictionless access to info, and individual agent-centric experiences—the site received CSSDA and Awwwards honors, and now serves as the template for agent landing pages across the U.S.

Prosperity Home Mortgage: A Corporate Digital Ecosystem for a Large-Scale Mortgage Business
A Redesign That Transformed the Agent & Client Journey
Prosperity Home Mortgage, a top U.S. mortgage employer, turned to us to reboot their online presence. Their old site lagged far behind brand needs—with clunky management, dated design, and zero ability to scale or update fast.

Challenge & Solution
From the start, we reimagined the entire logic and UX: over 50 unique pages, each visually and functionally tailored for different user groups and roles. Our top goal: make navigating the site and finding “your” advisor or info as simple and intuitive as possible, even across a huge platform.
We also focused on scalability: a detailed map of locations across the country, dynamic filters by state, and a flexible grid for hundreds of agents’ landing pages. Rapid onboarding—automated migration and updates mean adding hundreds of new offices/experts takes minutes, not weeks.
Technology
Built on Webflow with a modern CMS, plus custom HTML/JS/PHP blocks and integration with WoWMI Ecosystem App. The combination allows bulk CSV imports to automatically create/update agent profiles, locations, education areas, calculators, lead forms, and client reviews.
Result
Prosperity Home Mortgage now has a fully manageable, modern, and “alive” site built around a unified digital ecosystem. The brand is closer and clearer to clients nationwide; internal process efficiency and agent-to-HQ connections increased dramatically. Digital infrastructure is now universal and ready for growth.

Initial Challenge
The Oasis employer had a strong object pool—apartments, villas, galleries, photos, video—but no modern site to package this info clearly for potential buyers and renters.
What We Delivered

Today’s real estate market needs not only open platforms, but also “member only” services—for investors, club members, and premium buyers who want early access and a personal approach. For the New York employer Undivided, we built a service that completely changes how premium real estate is browsed and acquired online.

All development adhered strictly to corporate style: black-and-white with minimalist accents, deep UX emphasis, thoroughly planned micro-features.
