About Digital Butlers

The team you wish youhired the first time

We didn’t just hire people — we built a team, slowly and intentionally, from 2016 to May 2022, when we found the perfect lineup.

Maturity you can count on

Same crew since May 2022.
No churn, no interns

Our commitment

We’re not perfect.
But we keep workingon our maturity

To us, maturity is a discipline — and the team logs around 12,000 hours a year into mastering hard & soft skills, improving processes and syncing as a team.

Encouraging self-learning

Denis, our designer: You don’t become a pro working 8 to 5 — you level up by exploring bold ideas after hours.

Building pet projects

We explore new tech and fine-tune our team chemistry through side projects — not by learning on your dime.

Running regular retros

We’re not perfect and we make mistakes, but after each retro, we decide what to change to avoid repeating them.

Monthly department syncs

Once a month, each department meets for 2 hours to share new solutions, practices, and insights.

Optional deep dives

When we dive deep, we host events like “Love & Pixels” — a 6-month series to sync designers and front-end devs.

Monthly recognition meets

To keep team morale up, every first Friday, we unplug for 3 hours to share work and personal updates.

People are our biggest asset
Mature team = Mature processes
= Consistent results

If you want a team that’s truly dedicated to your goals — One that delivers without making you manage every step — let’s talk.

Let’s talk
  • A person wearing a dark blue hat and wireless earbuds, depicted in a simplified, abstract style.
  • A digital avatar wearing a blue top hat and white wireless earbuds, giving a thumbs-up gesture with one hand.
  • A cartoonish character wearing a black top hat adorned with red hearts, conveying a playful and affectionate vibe.
  • A playful character wearing a black top hat, surrounded by colorful confetti and a party horn, conveying a festive atmosphere.

Our  “Butlerness” in three words:“Alfred to Batman”

You’re Batman. We’re Alfred. That’s our role model. Like Alfred, we’re fiercely loyal — to the mission, to the work, and to every commitment we make. Butlerness isn’t just a method or some made-up framework designed to sell you a dream. It’s an attitude. A mindset. It’s how we show up to work, face problems, and treat people.

01

You don’t need to micromanage us.

02

Solve user needs first — business goals follow.

03

Reminders, follow-ups, visibility — that’s on us.

04

We’re not here to avoid edits or win compliments. We’re here for impact.

The fine line: we serve, but we’re not servants

Just a heads up — we work
with nice people only

If you’re looking for pros you can count on — let’s talk.

Alex Butler

“We give 100%, take ownership, and treat your goals like our own. But we do our best work with people who want a team — not task rabbits or just hands to follow orders.”

How much will my project cost, approximately?

When you come to us for results, not just a service like simple markup from your design, we follow our 6-process system, which guarantees the outcome. It starts with defining your goals and conducting in-depth user research, including interviews with real users, and ends with three months of post-launch support to ensure the goals we’ve set are met.

This process requires time and expertise, which is reflected in the cost. For reference, a fully custom website with us starts at $10,000. However, each project is unique, and the cost depends on your specific needs and available resources. For example, startups may not have a client base for interviews, while larger companies may already have their own marketing teams or copywriters.

So, leave us a message, and after our first meeting, we’ll provide you with a realistic estimate. If you’d like to learn more about our process, check out our /how-we-work page.

What does your payment structure look like?

For full-cycle projects (research, design and development), payments are split into three parts: 30% upfront, 40% after design approval, and 30% on completion — before the final transfer.

For smaller, single-scope services — like design only, implementing your mockups in code, or similar — it’s usually 50 / 50: half upfront and half on delivery, before we hand over the source files.

Can you rush if we have urgency?

Yes, we can. We can add more developers to the team and assign a team lead to manage and merge their work. Additionally, we can divide UX/UI tasks between different designers to speed things up.

If that’s still not enough, we can skip certain steps in our 6-step process. For example, to speed up UX, we might skip user interviews and JTBD analysis. For UI, we could skip gathering references. In development, we might prioritize speed over code quality.

For example, when we built TorchSensors.com for a Forbes feature, we agreed with the employer to cut some corners to meet the deadline — simpler animations, less polished code, etc. The launch was a success, and the employer got pre-orders right away, which was more important than the behind-the-scenes compromises. We refactored everything later once the rush was over.

However, it’s important to understand the risks. Especially during the design phase. Skipping user research could affect conversion rates, and skipping the reference phase could mean that the design might not meet your expectations. With rush projects, we get only one chance to get the design right. Normally, we iterate and improve, but without time for iteration, we have to launch with what we have and refine it later.

That’s why we only take on rush projects from employers we’ve worked with before, or new employers who understand the risks and are ready to refine the design and code after the urgency passes.

How quickly do you respond if there’s an emergency?

We respond as soon as we get your message about an emergency. To make sure we receive it quickly, you can contact us via email, Slack, WhatsApp, or Telegram — links to which are available on our /contacts page

And we get to work right away, typically within 1 hour during working hours.

We maintain an 80/20 balance, with 80% of our developers focused on active projects and 20% reserved for recovery and self-improvement. This approach not only helps the team stay sharp and continue their development but also ensures we can respond to urgent situations without delay.

How does your development process work?

In one sentence — we give as much as needed to make sure you get exactly what you need.

If a bit more detailed: we’ve been working as one stable team since May 2022. After every major milestone, we run retrospectives to reflect on what worked, what didn’t, and how to make the next project smoother.

Over time, we’ve made and learned from most of the mistakes teams usually go through — and turned those lessons into our 6-process system, which ensures stable, predictable results.

Process #1: Discovery.

Earlier, we didn’t have this stage, and that was the main reason deadlines slipped and budgets went off track. We were evaluating new requests too quickly — as if the goal was to win the deal by sending a proposal earlier than competitors and making it look prettier.

But after completing a six-month coaching program, Sales for Nice People by Martin Stellar (highly recommended!), we realized that our business isn’t about writing pretty offers — or even just building websites and apps that please our buyers.

Our real business is implementing solutions specifically developed to face our employers’ needs.

Now, we sign a contract only after we truly understand your idea, resources, and business context.

And that’s why, after launch, we stay with the project for three more months — monitoring, refining, and making sure it reaches its goals.

You can learn more about our processes on the /how-we-work page.

How many design concepts do you provide — and what if I don’t like them?

If you already have a brand book, we usually create one concept with three variations.

If not, we develop three different concepts to explore visual directions together.

But every project is unique. Sometimes we get it right from the first try, and sometimes the first three concepts inspire you — or us — to create a fourth one that hits the mark.

And if something doesn’t feel right, that’s completely fine. Before and during the design phase, we hold live sessions to review references, collect your feedback, and build a clear Do’s & Don’ts list.

While our focus is always on solving real business challenges — not just creating a solution that you’ll like but that doesn’t work — we also care about how it feels to you.

What platforms and technologies do you use? Can I choose?

We’ve delivered dozens of projects on Laravel, Symfony, Yii2, React, Vue, and Node — and are currently building several on Flutter as well.

We’re also fluent in Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot, and Headless CMS solutions like Strapi.

Whatever platform or technology stack you choose, we guarantee fast load speeds, full SEO compliance, accessibility, and clean, scalable code. At the same time, we know when to adapt to make your goals happen.

For instance, when we built an online car-purchase service for Allur Group — Kazakhstan’s largest automotive manufacturer — the timeline suddenly shrank because of their participation in a national auto expo attended by President Tokayev.

The project included complex integrations with banks for instant car loans, card payments, vehicle registration, and doorstep delivery.

We worked around the clock in two to three shifts and managed to launch the platform just 20 minutes before the live presentation. Everything went perfectly — and then we spent the next couple of months refactoring and polishing the code to our usual standards.

Do you help with creating the structure, or do you only work with an existing one?

Yes, we do everything. Whether it’s conducting user interviews (either through us or through you), processing the gathered information with Personas and JTBD, setting up benchmarks for flows, pages, and sections through competitor research, writing copy, creating wireframes, building interactive prototypes, and conducting corridor testing — we take full responsibility for the results, providing ongoing support for your project for 3 months after launch to ensure it meets its goals.

However, we’re also happy to work with your materials and collaborate with your marketing team and copywriters if you have them.

Do you provide copywriting services?

Yes, copywriting is a key part of our Process #2: Research. It all starts with user research, where our UX designer gathers insights. Using tools like Personas and JTBD, they create a structure for key pages, noting which pain points, motivations, and other user needs should be addressed in each section using sticky notes.

Then, the copywriter turns these ideas into sharp, concise text.

Here’s an example of how this looks (sorry for the image quality — we’re working on better visuals for our processes)

If we skip the Research phase for any reason, we can still write the copy for you. However, keep in mind that the result may not be as effective.

Since we’ve worked as one team since 2022, we’ve learned to understand each other without words and work in synergy. This collaboration ensures the copy aligns perfectly with the design and user expectations. And without this synergy, the risks increase.

Can you set up analytics, email marketing tools, CRM, and other integrations?

Absolutely. In fact, even if you don’t request it, we’ll suggest it.

Google Analytics is the first thing we’ll set up, and if you already have an existing site or service, we’ll integrate it as soon as we start working on your project. This is because improving your Google Analytics metrics is the key proof that our project is much different from what you already have, and not just more of the same.

We work with any email marketing tool — Mailchimp, HubSpot, GetResponse — and can not only integrate them but also set up automated email sequences, as well as help with email design and coding.

We gained this expertise while developing our own email marketing tool for Webflow called Wmails.io. And by the way, if your site is built on Webflow, we highly recommend giving it a try. It integrates in just two clicks and has a unique synergy with the CMS. Check it out.

When it comes to CRM systems, we most commonly work with HubSpot, but we can also integrate other systems like Pipedrive or Zoho.

In fact, we can integrate any third-party service that has an API and documentation. For example, recently, we integrated Twilio for SMS and call services, set up a weather, wind, air pollution, and fire display map for the USA, and integrated real estate and online bookingservices like IDX, Rebny, and Hostaway.

And if a service doesn’t have documentation or the API is unclear, we know what to do. We’ll create a microservice to organize the data and provide you with a clear guide for using it.

Do you handle SEO too?

Yes, we take care of basic SEO optimization for every project. This includes meta data, OG tags, XML sitemaps, redirects, alt texts, and SEO-friendly code.

Additionally, thanks to our experience working with SEO professionals hired by Cofinity-X to promote their blog (Cofinity-X is the first official operator of the Catena-X ecosystem, enabling secure B2B data exchange between automotive giants like BMW, Mercedes, and Bosch), we know how to make your blog work at its maximum potential. We’ll help you achieve the same.

However, it’s important to note that we don’t have an in-house SEO specialist, so we won’t register you in Google Search Console, buy backlinks for you, or base our alt texts on Google AdWords keyword popularity. While our work doesn’t replace the need for an SEO expert, we provide you with a solid SEO foundation.

What happens after the 3 months of post-launch support?

In short, here’s what we do:

Month 1: We gather and analyze data to establish a baseline. Month 2: We make adjustments and test new solutions. Month 3: We scale what works and develop new hypotheses.

And at the end of the three months, you’ll receive a clear report: what’s improved, by how much, and why.

Please note: Minor updates are included, but larger changes (like adding new pages or sections, such as landing pages for retargeting or lead magnets after follow-up ads) require a separate estimate. We also offer ongoing optimization cycles or 6- and 12-month support contracts at special terms for projects we’ve developed.

If we go into a bit more detail, here’s what we focus on based on your goals:

1/ More leads: We optimize conversion rates, cost per lead, and lead quality by testing headlines, offers, and forms, and improving site speed.

2/ Branding: Success here means clear positioning, neat content, and alignment with your audience. Key metrics: page depth, time on-site, and growth in organic traffic..

3/ WOW-effect & recognition: Success is measured by feedback from partners, customers, and the design community. For example, a single-page site for a crypto platform in the Solana ecosystem not only won designawards but also brought over a thousand leads in the first month.

4/ Intuitive UI: We focus on heatmaps, feedback through forms, surveys, and live interviews. We also monitor reviews across platforms.
