Our 6-process system

Business Website Development: From Discovery to Launch

We handle every stage of business website development: UX/UI design, full‑stack engineering, third‑party integrations, and post‑launch support.

Discovery → Research

Starting every project with deep audience interviews and JTBD‑driven insights to shape your company profile website. So you get clear research findings, structured wireframes, copywriting, and tested concepts — everything validated before moving into design.

Build → Integrate

Senior engineers deliver professional business websites using React, Vue, Node.js, and Symfony/Laravel — adding custom CMS development when needed. You get integrations that fit your workflow: CRMs, analytics, payments, email/SMS, and other essential corporate portals.

UI Design

You receive 3 original UI concepts created with a branding‑first approach. Each layout is optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile. You also get an interactive prototype for fast iteration and a reusable UI kit that reinforces your corporate identity and design consistency.

Follow-through

After launch, you don’t just get a product — you get results. For the next three months, our team analyzes user behaviour, collects feedback, and releases data‑driven iterations to ensure your corporate website keeps performing and growing your business.

What We Deliver

End‑to‑End  Corporate  Website  Excellence

You get a website that fits your brand and supports your marketing — with analytics connected to your existing site first. When the new site launches, results are compared and optimized until the new site reaches your target KPIs.
How We Build Together

Expert Web Development Team for Corporate Projects

A mature team that takes responsibility, keeps everything transparent, and stays one step ahead in communication — committed to your goals as if they were their own.

Experienced Project Manager and focused engineering team. We can join your internal IT department and follow your workflow — or take full responsibility of end‑to‑end delivery for your corporate website.

Real‑time visibility into progress. Track every task in our Jira board, or invite us to yours (Monday.com, Asana, or Trello) — full transparency from planning to release.

Clear weekly updates. A short report outlines what shipped, what’s in progress, what’s blocked, and how milestones evolve — no surprises or blind spots.

Structured daily communication. We stay connected in Slack (or messenger), while key decisions, statuses, and timeline changes are confirmed by email for complete clarity.

FAQ

Answers to Common Corporate Website Questions

How long does it take to design and build a corporate website?

On average, building a corporate website takes about eight weeks — that’s the typical timeframe from signing the contract to a fully designed and coded homepage in our six‑step process. You can explore it in detail through six short 3‑minute videos on the /how-we-work page.

We specify the homepage because every project has a unique site map and different functionality. The total timeline depends on the number and complexity of pages and on whether third‑party services need to be integrated via API.

It also depends on whether research is part of the process. If you already have a defined target audience and can grant us access to interview it, that adds one to two weeks for organizing interviews and analyzing the insights gathered.

On average, with employers who provide feedback quickly, collaborate closely, and organize all interviews within a week, the full process takes around eleven weeks.

How much does a business website project typically cost?

Most corporate website projects fall in the $20,000 – $30,000 range, although we’ve delivered both smaller and significantly larger builds — from $10,000 up to $300,000 and beyond.

It’s impossible to set your exact price here without learning more about your goals, but here’s what typically influences it:

Projects move faster and cost less when some discovery work has already been completed on your side — for example, when you already have target‑audience insights based on interviews or a JTBD‑style analysis, as well as copy and a defined site map and structure. In such cases, we focus on design and development, which shortens the process and reduces cost.

Some employers come with final design files — leaving only implementation work — which makes the timeline and budget even leaner.

On the other end, when we handle the full process — conducting research, interviewing your team or target audience, analyzing feedback, writing copy, creating the site map, and producing wireframes — that naturally extends both scope and budget.

Another important factor is integrating or building around existing web platforms. For example, in real‑estate projects, connecting booking systems, customer review tools, mortgage calculators, and property lists often costs more than the website itself — essentially turning a corporate website into a full‑scale web service.

If that sounds like what you need — maybe something with admin panels, user dashboards, or complex API connections — check out our Web Services article to understand what such projects typically include.

To get an accurate quote for your business website development, simply leave a request and tell us about your project. After a short call, you’ll receive an approximate cost and timeline. If you already have a brief or technical spec, attach it to your message — we’ll review it before the call and come prepared with specific numbers.

What technologies and platforms do you use and can I pick the tech stack for my project?

Your platform or tech stack depends partly on your preferences and partly on the limits and benefits of each system. For transparency: we’re perfectly fluent in WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and Strapi.

From a technology standpoint, we’ve built dozens of websites using Laravel, Symfony, Vue, React, and Node.

Whatever platform or stack you choose, we guarantee fast load speed, SEO‑ and GEO‑compliance, accessibility standards, scalable clean code, and clear documentation so any internal team can easily maintain and expand your site.

For more details on our projects, feel free to check out our case studies.

Can you migrate our current website without losing SEO?

That’s the only way we migrate websites — otherwise, what’s the point of a redesign if you lose your rankings? We don’t just optimize every new page for SEO — meta data, OG tags, sitemaps, redirects, proper HTML — that’s baseline for any serious web studio.

When we redesign with audience research and updated site architecture, we also make sure to preserve as many existing URLs and backlinks as possible. We don’t delete pages blindly; each one is analyzed so your traffic not only stays intact but hopefully grows.

We also refine your blog structure based on practices we learned from SEO teams at Cofinity-X (the official operator of Сatena-X ecosystem connecting contractors with BMW, Mercedes, Bosch and others). From that experience, we developed our internal rules for a high‑performance SEO blog.

So yes — we do everything to improve, not harm, your SEO. We’re not an SEO agency: we won’t register you in Search Console or buy backlinks. But we’ll build a rock‑solid foundation your SEO specialists can build on with ease.

Will our internal IT or marketing team be involved in the process?

Absolutely. We have extensive experience collaborating with internal teams.

In fact, we often act as an outstaffed team, integrating directly into your environment. We can invite your members into our Jira and cadence meetings — dailies, reviews, planning sessions — or embed ourselves into your workflow, whether that’s Asana, Monday, or Trello.

The closer we work as one team, the better and faster the result.
Years of outstaff experience taught us how to prepare deliverables properly.

For example, our designers always prepare complete responsive layouts with clickable buttons, linked animations, and detailed notes explaining each interaction. Front‑end developers follow a unified naming and code structure so it connects cleanly with your back end. Front‑end developers mirror HTML classes and structure so your back‑end team can integrate our layouts painlessly.

Of course, syncing two teams isn’t effortless — shared conventions must be aligned. The good news: we’ve done it many times successfully.

If full integration is part of the plan, we can test it on a small trial task first — the safest way to make sure our workflows match.

Leave a request, and let’s discuss how to make this collaboration smooth.

Do you provide copywriting, photos, or video production?

Yes. We have a dedicated copywriter who works closely with our UX designers and writes text based on audience research and brand positioning. That’s why we’re fully equipped to handle all of the copywriting for your website.

For visuals, we frequently use AI‑based image generation and cooperate with trusted illustrators when hand‑drawn graphics are needed.

For instance, on the Global Leathers website all visuals were AI‑generated, while on InFaces all illustrations were created by those artists we regularly partner with.

When it comes to video, it’s rather a no than yes. We do have an SMM specialist who produces all content for our Instagram, so if you need videos in that lightweight format, we can help — take a look at our Instagram for reference.

But if you need professional commercial video production, that’s not our field; we’ll gladly cooperate with videographers you bring in.

What happens after launch — do you offer support or ongoing improvements?

Yes, post‑launch support is part of our standard process. We love digging into analytics. Our goal isn’t just to build websites — it’s to deliver measurable results and improve what existed before.

If you already have a live site, we set up Google Goals before development starts so we can compare pre‑launch and post‑launch metrics.

For the first three months after launch, we track metrics monthly, form hypotheses, and implement small adjustments — text tweaks, CTAs, minor A/B changes — always validating improvements with data.

After three months, you’ll receive a detailed report comparing the old site’s data with the new one and suggestions for further growth. This three‑month post‑launch support is part of our standard process.

After that, we also offer a maintenance contract with better terms for employers who built their sites with us — more flexible and cost‑effective than a standalone support agreement.

If you’d like to discuss that plan, leave us a request and we’ll tailor the options for you.

How do you ensure transparency during development?

Our six‑step system defines tasks for both our team and yours, ensuring full clarity at every stage.

We conduct regular check‑ins not just to “update” you, but to review actual deliverables and gather feedback. For instance, after finishing audience research, we align with you before moving to copywriting and wireframes.

The same goes for wireframes and design — we present, discuss, and approve all core pages that influence conversions.

We also align on references and visual concepts, and later present and approve the final homepage design together. Once we move into development, you’ll receive a weekly report outlining what’s been completed, what’s next, and any changes in timelines.

We work in one‑week sprints under Kanban principles, all embedded in our advanced Jira setup — and we’ll happily add you to Jira if desired. For day‑to‑day communication we prefer Slack or WhatsApp for speed, and for official decisions — we always confirm via email. That’s how we keep the process transparent and predictable from start to finish.

Can you handle complex integrations (CRM, ERP, booking systems)?

Of course. We can integrate any third‑party service with an API — even those with poor documentation. If documentation is missing, we’ll still make it work and create our own technical notes so your internal or future teams can easily understand and maintain it. If we spot opportunities to enhance your business performance, we’ll also suggest them.

In fact, CRM integration is usually the first thing we recommend, along with connecting Google Analytics and email marketing tools — these three are our cornerstones.
They directly affect how effectively your website performs. Without analytics, you’re guessing; without CRM, you’re losing leads; and without email marketing, you’re missing repeat touchpoints.
And yes — we’ll handle all of that for you.

To see examples of complex web services with multi‑level integrations, explore our article on Web Services, or simply reach out — we’ll discuss the integrations your project needs.

What makes your team different from other web agencies?

In one word — maturity.

We’ve been working as the same team since 2022 — no turnover, no juniors, no reshuffling. Together we’ve logged nearly 3 000 commercial hours per month. We know each other so well that our designers hand off Figma files with zero questions from developers, and our developers deliver front‑end layouts fully aligned with back‑end logic.

There’s none of the chaos typical of younger teams. After each project we hold retrospectives, gather insights, and refine our workflow. At this stage, improvements are minor because the foundation already works flawlessly.

That’s what maturity means to us, and it’s what truly sets us apart from other web agencies — those still building processes or struggling with turnover.

Every month, designers, front‑end, and back‑end developers share their latest findings — new tools, solutions, and techniques — and we constantly invest in professional education.

To see what we mean by maturity, watch the six short videos about our system on the /how-we-work page. Then get in touch — let’s talk about creating measurable results for your corporate website.
