During the work, the team is always in contact and not only completed the current tasks but also offering great ideas. Right now, a lot of work has been done to improve the website and we are moving forward every month.

Maybe a bit more visibility and reassurance early on with potential clients concerned about working with a firm outside of the country. Also, a bit more info/expectation setting of the possibility of being charged more than the quoted price.
My project was only 10% higher, which was acceptable considering it was non-client work. If it's work done for a client, I will need to clarify final billing expectations before work commences, as client work can be tricky if they are billed more than quoted without expectations set up front.

Digital Butlers needed to design and build the entire website from scratch. We started with just a copy (text) draft, which the team used to develop the entire design concept for both computer and mobile users. After finalizing the design with us, the developers began implementing the design, and continued that process for the next few weeks.
We needed a brand-new website with 4 "full pages" as well as a few simpler pages (e.g. FAQ, Order confirmation, privacy and terms). In addition to a multitude of animations and interactive functionality, Digital Butlers built two very complicated 3d-model animations that seemlessly integrated with user interaction.

There was a superb level of communication demonstrated by the team. Alex was very responsive, promptly responded to all emails, and readily got on calls even on short notice. Despite the 11-hour time difference, we were able to clearly communicate our goals, and the team discussed every single point that we wanted to discuss in detail. Not a single piece of detail was omitted or ignored.
Moreover, multiple members of the team (such as engineers) were present on all calls where we requested to speak directly to them. The team made their best effort to deliver the website in time, despite the multitude of new technical features that they needed to learn to carry out the fancy design of the website.

The company had a very impressive detail-oriented approach to designing the website. When we disagreed on certain design choices, Digital Butlers discussed in depth why their choice was the best from a design perspective. They were ready to reach the most polished professional result even if we initially objected to a certain design decision.
Often times other teams would agree with whatever the client wants to make them happy, even if that hurts the final result of the project. Digital Butlers were not like that at all. I was mindblown by the attention to detail and absolute dedication to making the website as perfect as possible.
Even if it meant staying up long nights, working overtime, and fixing the smallest details (such as optimizing speed and fixing textures). This dedication to the final product is very rare to come by and much appreciated. Without that work by Digital Butlers, we wouldn't have a successful pre-order launch.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Digital Butlers could have done differently?
The only area of improvement I can think of is their prioritization of tasks. When working with Digital Butlers, it's good to be very clear about which tasks you believe have the highest priority of finishing first. Because the Digital Butlers team is so passionate about delivering a perfected final product, they may sometimes spend a lot of time fixing a certain section before moving onto other steps to fix. Their dedication to the project shows even here!

Digital Butlers was hired to optimize load times for a wordpress website. The website has some animations that were done with Lottie and they converted them to SVG. They checked the progress using Pagespeed Insights and revised accordingly.

Mobile load time on Pagespeed Insights went from 34 up to 72. That was a win!

Everyone kept me updated and made additional suggestions for even more improvement. They delivered everything on time and held to their original cost estimate.

The DB's project management is based on the KANBAN method. They used the KAITEN app for task manipulations and the TMetric app for time tracking.

Digital Butlers successfully integrated a bank into the system on our website. Indeed, the credit application process took only 3-5 minutes on the website. Users simply clicked “Buy on Credit”, and took a selfie with their ID card, and the data was sent to the bank. Within a couple of minutes, the bank would decide whether to approve the credit or not. In this regard, Kazakhstan has advanced significantly ahead of the rest of the world with its progressive banking system.
However, we encountered difficulties with registering cars at the state vehicle inspection without the buyer present. A local team attempted to negotiate with them, but after six months of struggle, they admitted defeat. To this day, remote car registration remains impossible.
Our vision of having tow trucks with giant gift-wrapped packages roaming the cities has yet to materialize (it was our main commercial idea to surprise people outside, but we didn’t mention it at the very beginning).

We had an outdated WordPress-based website that required a modern overhaul to stay competitive in the market and secure lucrative contracts. Our goal was to attract more visitors, potential clients, and higher lead generation, providing business with the new web boost. We aimed to achieve this by revamping the site's design and optimizing its functionality, making navigation effortless and aligning it with contemporary design standards.
The Digital Butlers team should not only create a new interface for us on the web but also work on the user experience logic. We wanted to be sure that the upgraded website would be clear for the user. We also chose to migrate our site from WordPress to Webflow CMS because wanted our website to look professional and easy to control.
Our property management system called ProfitBase should also be integrated into the site to make it comfortable for our managers to keep the real estate information up-to-date.
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We saw the results of their work when they shared the first design concepts with our team. Our old website was pretty old-fashioned and we definitely understood that the new will would look much better. Following the launch of the redesigned website, there was a noticeable increase in website traffic and user involvement. Our partners and clients mentioned the nice website interactions, clean user-friendly design, and functionality.
One of the cool things that we really liked about the UX is the sidebar with all available properties. A working solution that helps our users see the list of available objects and open the information page from any place on the site. Plus it is much more comfortable to use the website by our internal department now. We are able to change any element of the site via Webflow CMS / designer. And the connection with ProfitBase works well.

In the beginning, we had all conversations via email. But after the project started we transferred our chat to Telegram. We are still using it for maintenance and other requests. They used the KANBAN methodology to deliver the project by stages and shared hourly-based reports of their work via TMetric. The site was delivered stage by stage:

They really cared about our request. When we had our first meeting in our office we described to Alex (DB's Business Relationship Manager) the whole scope of the website that we want to see. The first rough estimation from Alex's side was a little higher than our budget. Then we asked if there was a way how we could fit everything in the desired price.
After a few days and discussion with the team, Alex got back to us with a solution that fit our resources, and in addition, they helped us with the prototyping for free. It was very kind and professional from their side. Sometimes we ask Digital Butlers to help us with website management and there wasn't a day when they refused. Not every company will provide so much attention to your requests.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Digital Butlers could have done differently?
I really liked how they did the job. Right now I’m planning a new more ambitious project for a different market / location. It will have more complex functionality and will need more attention on the UX side. And Digital Butlers team is on my potential vendor's list for this. Maybe when we will work on it I will have anything to recommend but not now.

The scope of work involved redesigning our website “Vit2Go”, which was built on WordPress. This included updating the site's theme, particularly for the e-commerce section, and creating various new pages.
In total, the site consisted of approximately 15 unique pages. Additionally, there were already several dozen products listed, along with reviews and a significant number of orders. Our task was to carefully implement these changes without disrupting any existing functionality, particularly ensuring the seamless operation of the e-commerce portion of the site.
Furthermore, we ask DB to assist us with design and printed materials, including brochures, booklets, and other promotional items. We wanted to have a comprehensive design and development partner, offering full support throughout the implementation of new elements, making the scope of work convenient.

We have been working for more than 4 years already and I can't remember any time when there were any delays. Opposite, if we needed any task to be to the specific date everything was delivered on time.
We have a WhatsApp group where we mostly communicate. We also used email for sending various documents directly. For the most part, we managed all our discussions on WhatsApp and tracked all tasks via the teamwork.com system. Digital Butlers are also gathering working hours using Tmetric. We are receiving their reports and invoices via email every month for making payments.

I really appreciate their honesty. In addition to high web development skills, they are very ecological and loyal. They were able to finish the development 25% faster than originally estimated. They are also highly experienced in Webflow projects. Even if the original system functionality isn't capable of providing something they will be able to add it using custom code and third-party integrations.

igital Butlers updated the template step by step. We wanted to launch the MVP version of the site with limited pages first and then add more functionality during the road.
Based on this strategy, they launched the home landing page as phase one. After that About, Blog, Changelog, and Careers pages were added. Required dynamic sections were connected to Webflow CMS collections and fully editable via the platform. The job from the described stage was done on a high-quality level and even 25% faster / cheaper than originally estimated.
After that, we wanted to add a new vendors locations page with the integrated Google Maps API, plus its connection with Webflow CMS. This task was correctly estimated and developed for us in time. In the future, we will use Digital Butlers to maintain the site and add more pages / functionality.

The only issue I faced was connected with the script load. There was a moment when their server had some technical issues and our site wasn’t load for 20 minutes. When I wrote them a message in WA it was fixed pretty quickly. After that, we decided to take scripts to our server to avoid such troubles. Digital Butlers migrated for free and updated all the links.
Other than that everything is great as always. They provide five-star service.

We searched for an outsourced development department that would be reliable, skilled, and always online. Knowledge of Webflow was critical as well as the opportunity to work with third-party code: CSS, HTML, JS, and PHP.

The team is successfully implementing the updates we request every week. They also provided professional input and creative vision on the design during the development process. I don't think so. Development quality is solid. Webflow functionality knowledge is deep. QA is included. The design skills of the team are also high. From the project management perspective, the Digital Butlers approach is transparent and reliable.
We had some improvements to make during the working process but I don’t remember what they were specifically. During these 4 years, the team grew up strongly, and right now there is nothing we want to change. Additionally, the website is full of functionalities that allow us to manage all content independently, finally giving us control over our content and enabling our CYLIND team to post what we need. DB provided us with clear and detailed instructions on how to use the CMS, contributing to a comfortable and efficient working environment.
This collaborative approach has ultimately led to successful outcomes, marking a refreshing departure from our previous encounters and solidifying our partnership.

We discussed our project scope with Digital Butlers and communicated our needs. Then, they evaluated our original website page-by-page and decided which content they should and shouldn’t include on the new site.
They provided us with 15–20 mock-ups, and we chose two designs to move forward with. We went through several iterations of mock-ups, designs, content building, and testing, and Digital Butlers developed a new site from scratch. The site has static content informing users of our company and our services. We were adamant that Digital Butlers build the site using clean, understandable code so that we could update it post-handoff, which they did.
They implemented the latest versions of all third-party software and provided us with the build materials so we could update it later on. They continue to maintain and host the site using Webflow. They’re also going to build a separate subdomain site for our lab and research facility.

It’s hard to track concrete metrics because we eliminate tracking and analytics features due to the cybersecurity services we provide. How did Digital Butlers perform from a project management standpoint?
Digital Butlers performed well from a project management perspective. There was a slight misunderstanding at the beginning of the project due to vagueness regarding costs. The initial contract wasn’t clear about whether they’d bill us for multiple iterations within the same milestone. Once we regrouped and clarified expectations, it was smooth sailing.
We’ve built a really strong relationship with Digital Butlers. They did a good job understanding our services and getting to know our company to best position us to reach our target audience with an attractive brand. We had several iterative meetings, and I changed the requirements halfway through, and Digital Butlers was gracious enough to change directions and accommodate us. They’ve far exceeded our expectations.
We use a project management tool to track milestones and view cost analyses, but I’m not sure which one. We also use GitLab to track engineering progress on our end. We typically meet via Google Meet, and I communicate with Alex via WhatsApp.

Digital Butlers’ creativity is their biggest strength. They provide out-of-the-box solutions and go outside their comfort zone to try new things. We’ve worked with other development partners who only want to operate with tasks they’re comfortable with, and Digital Butlers is willing to try anything.
They’re really talented and driven. I appreciate that they take on challenges to meet our specific needs instead of pigeonholing our brand into one thing they’re comfortable with. They’re fast learners and willing to experiment and figure out different ways to achieve what we’re looking for. For example, they’re working on creating a dynamic image for the site background, which they had never done before. They take on new challenges in stride, and I value that.
Are there any areas they could improve?
My only feedback would be for them to tighten up their contractual aspects and ensure terms are clearly outlined at the beginning of projects, so clients understand what they can expect regarding costs and deliverables.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Try not to judge Digital Butlers based on their online portfolio. While impressive, it’s not reflective of their true potential. They provided us with phenomenally different mock-ups than what they represent in their portfolio. Also, encourage them to do research and push them outside their comfort zone to make the most out of the engagement. Once we did that, Digital Butlers shined; we saw incredible results, so I’d encourage others to do the same.
